Indische Partij atau IP merupakan organisasi politik pertama yang bertujuan untuk kemerdekaan Indoesia. IP didirikan pada 25 Desember 1912 oleh tiga serangkai yakni E.F.E Douwes Dekker, Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan Raden Mas Suwardi Suryaningrat alias Ki Hajar Dewantara. Tujuan utama IP adalah untuk membangun rasa patriotisme terhadap tanah air. IP bertujuan untuk memperbaiki keadaan kaum indo. IP mempunyai beberapa tujuan :
